EXCUSE ME LOOKING SO NASTY. wednesday, july 22nd 2009 “Have you ever been so lost, known the way and still so lost. another night waiting for someone to take me home. have you ever been so lost.” SO TODAY WAS AWESOME. i had to wake up at like 10.15 to go to the dentist, where they said my teeth were perfect and then i left. and i met up with rebecca again (ahah) and we went up to the mtv unplugged studio. we got there at like 1:30 and it said to be there at 3. so we got some chips and whatever and waited. they ended up letting us in at like 4. but we got in and it was this really small studio and they packed SO MANY people inside. then they just kinda taped us clapping and stuff for the intro, then her band came out and then KATY. she was wearing the headband in the picture above, and then this light purple / blue flowy fairy like dress. she performed i kissed a girl, ur so gay, thinking of you, lost, hackensack (by fountains of wayne), waking up in vegas, and brick by brick. and since the guys in her band were perfectionists, they did every song twice ahah (except thinking of you). katy was SO cute. she made mean girls references and was joking around and was so amazing. it ended up ending at 6:30. after it ended, we walked around the block looking for a bathroom, didn’t find one, went back to the entrance and like 5 minutes later she came out :D wearing this light pink dress. her manager or whatever was rushing her so we only got a picture ): she is so tall and beautiful. anyway yeah i look so disgusting in this. but then rebecca and i went downtown to meet up with jackie and zoe at chipotle. i met zoe’s cousin kate who’s pretty chill too. then they all left and jackie and i walked to this sushi restaurant that i was meeting up with my parents at. and we bonded and it was nice. YAY KATY PERRY. hopefully i will meet her again and tell her how much i love her, but for now, this will do.
